When Sharing to Powerpoint an annoying popup comes up "PowerPoint" with a "View" box. I would like to disable this since it often gets capture in screen captures.

There is no way to turn off these pop ups at this time.
They are generated by SnagIt.
It was a topic of discussion several months ago.I even contacted tech support to confirm it was generated by SnagIt and not Office products.

A similar pop up is associated with all Office "Share" exports.

Oddly enough, if you have dual monitors as I do. A 2560x1440 primary monitor and a 1920 x 1080 secondary monitor as shown in the image below.

If SnagIt is used on your secondary monitor. The pop up will appear on your "Primary Monitor". So it you use more than one monitor. There is a way to get around it, if it's to much of an annoyance. I'm not sure it's a practical one?

I voted for this too.

For me it's not a big deal as I use two or three monitors but I don't see it as being needed either.

If the output works it's going to open the Office program so a popup really isn't necessary.
