SnagIt comes with (only) Basic & Urban QuickStyles but allows for the creation of new QuickStyles & also their Import & Export

I'll be the first to admit that I'm not artistic/creative in that respect, so I'm asking are there any sites/repositories where users more gifted than myself have shared QuickStyles for public download ?

Software casa has SUperstamps and even a subscribe service if if you find it worth the money and you can check it out here
https://go.softwarecasa.com/superstamps/
That being said, you can make your own, just create the object on a transparent background and save as a PNG file.

What are you trying to accomplish?  Perhaps I misunderstood.

I suspect Tom may be misunderstanding things a bit. Sounds like he is believing that many folks get creative with QuickStyles and manage to make them do things such as you might see with Software Casa Superstamps.

@Tom, keep in mind that a QuickStyle is nothing more than a preset for certain things. For example, the color, width, arrow type and other characteristics of an object.

In my own view, I'd say the main purpose of them is just to save time for us. That, and consistency. So that as you go about marking up the captures or whatever you are using in SnagIt, it becomes much easier to click your QuickStyle to adjust how perhaps a shape will look, than it would be to always have to edit the properties.

Or, maybe you are working on a team of other folks documenting things. and you have a Style Guide that specifies how the markup should be. Specific fonts, sizes, colors, etc. And in those cases it might be a wise idea to have a central repository where exported QuickStyles were saved so that other members might easily import them for easy use to follow the standard.

But those are my own thoughts.

Cheers... Rick :)

Me too! Paid good money to upgrade to upgrade to v13 and you think techsmith would at least supply some decent ones out of the box. Much more available in previous versions without the need to be a graphic artist.
