Anyone encounter "Sign in " and "Register "Issues with Camtasia 9?

I can't "Sign In" when I have opened Camtasia9 in windows 10 at home. But I can sign in at my office in Windows7. I already give authorization to Camtasia software in my firewall and antivirus still can't reach the Server same problem when I want to go to www.Techsmith.com website.

Help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Hello Kok Kit,

Where did you buy your Camtasia license? I think this might be related to the problems you're experiencing.

Hello Glenn,

I know this isn't exactly the same as your problem, but please follow the instructions in this support document, reboot your computer and let me know if it resolves your issue:

Hmm,

You said that you couldn't reach techsmith.com from your browser, if you launch IE (not Edge), can you navigate to https://signin.techsmith.com ?

Okay,

Can you launch a Command Prompt (WinKey + R, then type cmd.exe) and type
nslookup techsmith.com

And report back with the results.
