application error 0xc0000135

when i try to start it up it says (the appliction was unbale to start correctly (oxc0000135). i need help plz idk what to do

Hi there

You posted in the Camtasia Studio section. Is this the actual product you are using? If so, what version are you using? 6, 7, 8? And on what platform? Windows, Mac?

Where does the message appear? Immediately upon clicking a shortcut or after some specific point or action?

Admittedly scratching my head a bit on some of the terminology here. Guessing plz means please, but I'm unsure about idk. I'm Down and Kicked? Ida's Donuts Kill?

I'm using Camtasia Studio 8 on windows. Immediately upon open opening it appears. I went to it in the C drive and deleted everything and downloaded it again, it still didn't work  so then i try to open it in the c drive and still didn't work.

yes i do have one its 77700 and there having trouble helping too
