Arrow Callout padding not working

I have the Arrow Callout padding set to 0. Yet when I make the arrow narrower, it still looses the text even though there is plenty of room to show the text.

This issue is known:

https://feedback.techsmith.com/techsmith/topics/let-padding-0-mean-padding-0

Please add your vote there.  However, I don't hold out much hope, because so few people have voted that it's unlikely to happen.  I think it's a bug. but there you go. :(

I don’t even see a padding setting on arrows.

It's the Arrow Callout, not the plain arrows.  Just click on the object and then Advanced in Properties to expose the panel of settings.

Can't find padding option either in V2019, on any callout.

Thanks for your answer but here's what I've got, "Advanced"  by default, it seems :

I have no idea where you got this "Quick Styles" from...

This is the SnagIt forum. And that's a SnagIt feature I'm highlighting.

But I'm a Camtasia user as well, so............
There's no padding adjustment.
Only right and left side justification of the text. The Padding seems to be correct on my machine.
However, the text is constrained by the bounding box that surrounds the text.

Oops, sorry, I posted according to the thread title... Wasn't aware Snagit interface was so similar (I mistook with Jing).

I was trying to use callout to mask typed text (name+email) with generic text but border is too thick (top) or text shrinks when resizing (bottom) :
