Arrow keys not working on the timeline in Camtasia 9

In Camtasia 8 I've used a lot the arrow keys on the timeline to select what to cut (Shift+arrow), or to move the playhead on the timeline.
Now in Camtasia 9, I can't use the arrow keys to move or cut on the timeline.
I'm getting mad by only using the mouse...
Any Help?

Just to ensure, I mean the keys indicated with the green check mark.

Those work for me for scrubbing the playhead using the keyboard.

Cheers... Rick :)

I only have 1 key for both options, and I can't find a way (shift, alt, ctrl) to make them work!

Maybe those options are not available on Portuguese Windows?

Is there any other way for me to use the arrow keys again?
The Portuguese keyboard don't have those 2 keys that Rick kindly showed.

You clearly  have a problem that is unique to Portuguese keyboards and any other culture that uses that type of keyboard.

The short answer would be to get your hands on a keyboard with those keys available to you.

The other option is to get someone involved that's qualified to help in unusual matters such as.
Don't call Donald Trump, seeking unqualified help to help you with your problems is still a bad idea in most cases.

Contact someone who's qualified to weigh in on the problem.

Tech support would have the most qualified personal I can recommend to help you.

In version 8 the cursor often lost focus, and you moved any object using the arrow keys or scrollwheel instead. Now, using my noob on version 9, lost cursor focus just means that the cursor doesn't move.

Try the comma ( , ) and period ( . ) keys to move.
Use shift , or . to select.

How grazy is this?! European keyboards mostly have arrow keys to move the cursor up, down, right, left. Usually intuitive when moving elements. But I would not come up to use my comma ( , ) and period ( . ) keys to move.
Hey, that's fascinating.
