I don't have these arrows in my version 2018, or I don't know how to find them. Se screenshot .
The screenshot is from Techsmith Youtube channel about version 2018!

I believe this is where the Line Style and Bezier Curve options come into play.

And don't forget that once you configure one, you can right-click and save as a Quick Style for easy use later!

With SnagIt you need to create custom arrows and shapes. For an example.
Draw an arrow, chose ends for the arrow. A color, thickness, dashed line or solid, straight arrow or bezier curve. You set all these parameters in tool properties.
Then you must have the arrow highlighted and selected. Right click and select "Add to Quick Styles.

Once you've done that a Icon representing that arrow style will be added to the top of the quick styles menu.

With small variations in color, size, style etc. There are literately endless combinations of styles one could create. And no one size fits all options. So Creating your own makes more  sense to me than a huge default  menu from TechSmith.
Saving Quick Styles have been around forever, but SnagIt used to ship a bloated menu of default callouts. The same callouts, just in every basic color. I thought it was to much, but that's me.
