I tried signing up for Ask3 on my iPad2 running iOS6.0.1. After I enter an email and password, the screens darkens and nothing happens. If I close and shutdown the app, then reopen it, I am already logged in. However, I cannot access a class or bulletin board with a message stating there was an problem getting the class information or a problem accessing the bulletin board.

Hi Mr. Birch, I'm really sorry that the app is acting up. ☹ I'd be frustrated too.

As of 3:30pm EST on Jan 10, we are having issues with our service/servers being unresponsive (related to SSL certificates, fwiw) making Ask3 darken and not work. We will be fixing the service updating this as quickly as we can and will report back.

My apologies for the downtime!

Hi Mr. Birch, as of 4:45 EST on Jan 10, we are back up and running!

For those who want the backstory, here's what happened. We file security certificates -- they are kinda like driver's licenses -- that allows the cloud police to let us on the cloud highway and securely pass information back and forth. An old certificate expired and we got it renewed quickly.

Like your driver license, these things don't expire very often. We caught it too late, but, fortunately, were able to take care of it in a bit more than an hour.

I appreciate your patience and support. If you'd like to contact me, please do!
