Audio destroyed because of a webcam recording

I've recorded a file with camstasia 8.2 and tried to add a webcam over my screencast.
The webcam is a DroidCam  (webcam with my phone).
The sound is recorded via an external microphone plugged in my soundcard + a proper routing of the screencasted software sound (both go into the same channel).
When I start recording everything is ok but after 15 secondes the sound gets crazy glitchy and fast + the webcam accelerate, the screencast on the other side stay ok.
The webcam file is shorter than the screen record but both should be the same size.
I don't know why the audio is coupled with the webcam record but uncoupling both don't fix the sound, the sound file stay shorter like the webcam file (I really need the sound).
I have tried to use software acceleration only but it won't fix the problem.
I should say that with no webcam everything is ok.
I hope this can be fixed, thank you in advance.
