Audio Dropouts Camtasia + Powerpoint 2016/2013 on Surface Pro 4

I have ha strange problem: When I use camtasia (I've testet 9, 2018 and 2019) on a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 (Windows 10 1803)  with Powerpoint 2016 (I also tested 2013) I get audio dropouts, if I use the pen or touchscreen to annotate slides. I also get the audio drop outs, when I record the audio with Audacity and I use camtasia only for screen recording. (no matter, if I turn the audio recording on or off in camtasia).
When I use the tochpad for pen annotations, I don't get the drop outs. There is also no problem, if I use an other screen recording software than camtasia. There are also no drop outs, if i use a drawing software like sketchpad, only with powerpoint.
I've reinstalled windows 10, but the problem still occurs.
The problem doesn't occur with a lenovo yoga 720 notebook, only with the Surface Pro 4.

What could be the Problem?

When re-installing Windows 10, it's always best to check on the latest release, in this case the May 2019 update. See:  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Be sure to download a proper match: 32-bit or 64-bit and Home, Pro or Enterprise.
Your same key will still work no matter what version you install. If you boot to 1803, insert the DVD, you can update while keeping all your data and software in place.

Only the pen messes up, right? Maybe its the pen or a driver?
