Audio out of sync on render (Camtastis 2019)

I've recorded a number of videos using the Windows camera app, and have successfully edited and rendered them in Camtasia 2019. Today though, the video I just edited has the audio slightly out of sync on rendering. When I watch the edited video in the preview window it looks just fine, and I haven't changed any settings anywhere else. So I'm struggling to see why this specific video is a problem when all the others worked just fine... Any help appreciated!

Any ideas folks? I can see that the source file audio is 48Khz and gather that Camtasia can only deal with 44.1Khz, but I don't understand why it's fine in the preview window and only out of sync on export. Is there a way I can re-encode the mp4 as with 44.1Khz audio, as I'd rather not have to shoot everything again :/

Hide any "Other tracks" containing audio by selecting the eyeball at the beginning of the track to "Turn the track off".

Go up to the Share tab.Export as a .wav

That will actually convert the file to a 44,100hz 16 bit .wav stereo file without doing anything else.
You should be able to replace the existing audio with it.Just right click webcam video, select separate Audio and Video.Right click the audio file and select update media. Chose the exported audio file.
Or chose another method, if it works better for your situation.

I had one person that had an issue with a shuddering mp3.Exporting didn't correct the issue for them for some reason. They had to convert the exported file with a audio converter.
There are online converters.https://audio.online-convert.com/convert-to-wav

Or you go with a free application like Audacity. But that's more complex than a conversion if your unfamiliar with the program.https://www.audacityteam.org/
