Audio stops recording after 10 mins

I flew to a different state to do usability recordings with Morae, and when I got back, I found that all my recordings did not record audio after 10 mins. Are you still supporting and patching issues with Morae or has it become stagnant and no longer supported / maintained?

I'm sorry to hear that you had this problem. I would suggest that you call our tech support with this issue. It is not a common problem as far as I know. We need to understand the details of what happened so we can determine whether this is something that we can and should fix.

I'm having the same problem and so are many folks on internet so I doubt this is not a "common" problem.

Hi Francine;

There are many factors that can come into play when recording on a computer; from conflicting applications to incompatible hardware to resource issues to permission limitations. The best way to determine the cause, and possible resolution, is to open a ticket with our Support Team, as they will be able to pull diagnostic files to determine the underlying issue. Have you opened a ticket yet?
