Authorisation code not working

The authorisation code is not working on my new
Computer. It is an older version, I have it for years so will that effect the new download? Also I think I can have it on two computers son it should work? Thx

Hey Dave,

Software Keys are for the version that was current when you purchased and then all the versions before that one. If you're not sure what version your key is good for, you can find it by looking here:
https://myaccount.techsmith.com/MyProducts/Software

If your key doesn't already appear there you can add it and it will show you the version it's good for and give you an easy download link.
