Automate video capture to disk every 4 hours?

We will be out of town for a week and I was wondering if there is a way in Snagit 13 to automate the video capture of a window and have it save to disk every 4 hours.

Disk space isn't an issue, but I'm concerned about creating a week-long (168 hour video)...having Snagit automatically video capture a window for 4 hours, save it to disk then video capture the same window for another 4 hours, etc would be much more manageable.

I've seen how to save video captures to a directory of my choice, but I have to manually start/stop the recording...would love to be able to automate it and make sure there no gaps between recordings (aside from the time to save to disk and restart the video capture process).

Any assistance would be appreciated....thanks in advance.

I'm doubtful that you can accomplish it with just SnagIt. You might investigate something like Macro Express.
