Can you add the possibility to automatically let a video start on Screenplay pro

It is possible for videos to be configured to auto-play if you produce them from Camtasia. Here is a screenshot showing the setting in the production options prior to uploading them to Screencast: https://www.screencast.com/t/PKpsxgAhEF

I should note that some browsers are starting to block auto-playing videos, which means that in some cases the user will still need to click the play button prior to the video playing.

Google Chrome now blocks autoplay videos so even if you ask Screencast to autoplay, it won't do it if the user is using Chrome. In this case it is good to have a nice start screen that invites the user to click to to learn more or some such thing.

You can set that up by going to options in Screencast and deliberately setting the video to pause at start. Then you can browse for a nice start screen image. Or another way is to insert a nice start screen at the beginning of the video.  Do not use fade on that image because then you will just get a black screen.  Hopes this helps.  With clarity comes confidence, speed, and success.
