On camtasia 2019, I sometimes get the issue that sound disappears on bits of rendered videos. the silent bits become longer and longer, leaving out bits of the video and lowers the quality of it.

Is there a solution to get around this? it seems to be random and affects both my .MTS files and .MP4 videos (filmed from different cameras) the sound disappearences doesn't happen on the timeline and wasn't a problem on the 2018 version of camtasia.

I have narrowed down the problems and it only occurs on .MTS files (AVCHD, recorded with 2 different cameras during the years). the .MP4 files (4K) isn't affected and so isn't any audio files I use. I have noticed that the same .MTS files seems to have missing audio waves on them in the pretty much same places as the issues occurs on the rendered video.
