Black border when I record in 1280x720 resolution

I used Camtasia recorder on Windows 8.1 and everything was OK. Now I've just upgraded to Windows 10 and tried to record. When I use 1280x720 resolution, everything looks OK in the first few seconds; then I got black border over the top of my screen. First I got two black shadows on the left and right part of screen and after than immediately complete black border. I have to make shoot in this resolution. What is the solution of this problem. I spent a lot of hours to prepare raw material and I have a very short due date to make video and I don't know what to do.

I have the exact same problem. Is there any solution to this?
For me it happens every time I change my screen resolution to anything that's smaller than the native resolution of my display. Happens on all machines I've tested (all Win10)

I had the same issue. Something about changing my screen to a lower resolution created the issue.
