Black screen of video

Hi there!

There is a huge glitch on my Camtasia 64-bit (I've tried either 2018 and 2019 versions) on Windows 10 64-bit: when I put some mp4 4k 60 FPS video (made by GoPro Hero 7) Camtasia shows black screen while playing it (and the sound is ok). I tried to use software-only hardware acceleration at preferences too - no effect.

I tried the same Camtasia versions on another PC with Windows 10 64-bit as well and those videos are OK.

So I believe the problem is with Windows 10 but have no clue how to fix it...

Could you help me please?

Thank you!
