Black screen on Windows 10 (Multi-Monitor)

Sometimes, when I hit the capture button, my entire screens go black, except for my primary monitor. I have to hit Esc and move the app or windows I want to capture over to my primary monitor.

I am running 3 27" monitors on a Mac Pro

Do you think this is a Multi Monitor issue, or a video card issue?

I have read all the past reports about this and it seems its been going on for years. I see someone said to disable hardware acceleration on the video card.

This does not happen all the time.I can reboot and it will be fin for a while, but then it will start doing it again.

SnagIt version 12.4.1
