Blank video and audio space at the end of my video that still renders.

Hi,

I put together a video and am trying to finish it up. The issue I'm having is that the audio and video tracks for the video end, but the "end" of the tracks they're in keep going for another 30 seconds or so. This creates an empty black screen at the end of my video. When I render the video, the audio and video play fine and when its done, the black screen with no audio and video remains.

I figure its probably there because I had moved the audio and video tracks around while editing and they pushed the track space further along.

My question is, how to I remove this black screen section at the end of my video?

Thanks!

Zoom out on the timeline so you can see what's at the end. Then select and delete the extra bits.

also, use ctl-end to send playhead to very end of project; that can help identify very small [1 frame?] snipped clip artifacts that are displaced from what you think is end of project; using ctl-F11 max zoom-in can help display any small clip segments so you can select and delete

Hi, the issue is not that there are little bits left. There is nothing left in that space but the program seems to think there is. I had deleted everything there and now its just blank space. So my issue is still not resolved
