I'm definitely not a video editor, but with the help of AppShow I think I came up with a decent final product.

Hi Mike - Congrats on getting your update and app preview live in the store!

It seems we might have done you a disservice with the portrait / landscape orientation selection in AppShow. It looks like you were holding the device in portrait orientation while recording but your AppShow project was using landscape orientation. Was that intentional or accidental?

The reason I ask is that if your video was portrait it would fill the screen and the details would be much clearer for viewers.

Any details you can share about your process would be helpful, so we can provide the best experience for our users and their audiences!

Thanks for the reply Daniel. I did shoot this video in Portrait - BookScanner is a portrait only app. Everything looked fine when I shot the video and uploaded it to Apple, but I did notice that it looked like it was in the wrong format on the preview that was published. If there are any details I can give you about the video itself, please let me know. Thanks.

Hi Mike - Can you send us the .mov file that AppShow produced along with the zipped-up project file? The project file will be quite large so it would be ideal if you could upload to Dropbox or Google Drive and send a link to appshow@techsmith.com. If you don't have access to either of those (or your storage is full) you could use www.wetransfer.com instead.
