I want to present fireworks/balloons over my video, they should not have background so it feels part of the movie. How can I buy or create such thing?

Cyberlink PowerDirector does this, but it's a video editing program, not a screen capture program like Camtasia. It's not too expensive (!!)

You could import a video of fireworks that are rendered on a transparent background.

On Windows, the png video format is the only format you can use.

I'm pretty sure MAC still supports QuickTime. I'm not a mac user so I wouldn't know.

You can import still images with transparent backgrounds. "PNG's" Then animate and move them around. For balloons and certain objects, its a viable option.

Heres another option.

He posts a lot of Green Screen footage. Its free.
You can download it and apply remove a color. Remove a color is not a robust filter. Some videos will key out better than others.
