Track 2: JPEG that displays for a duration of five seocnds
Track 1: Video that I want to start instantly when the image is done
How can I make the video on track 1 start exactly five seconds from the start of the timeline? The only way I see to do this is to drag the content of track 1 to approximately the right place but there is still a tiny gap between the end of the image and the start of the video. THis was easy in Cam 7 because the image could go on the same track as the video...
I tried adding a Fade Out to the end of the duration of the image but that does not seem to work (I could not find a video tutorial that explained exactly what I needed to with words as well as clicks.) How can I force the video on track 1 to start exactly 5 seconds from the start of the timeline? Thanks.

I'm not sure what the problem is your encountering?
Why can't you place the image on track 1 with a duration of five seconds . Then, place the video immediately
after it. Without a gap butted up against it tightly ? As in Camtasia 7.
