I have Camtasia 9 on Windows 10. I have made several video tutorials with .jpg bumpers to tell the viewer what the video is about and how to get further help at the end.  This has always been fine. Not this time. I made a jpeg as usual, put it on the timeline, gave it a duration of five seconds, and tried to play it. This failed for the first time ever. Camtasia said it could not play the audio. There is no audio for this short bit. There is video and audio in a larger chunk after the jpeg has been shown 5 seconds. I'm attaching a screen shot with the error. I don't understand what the real problem is. Thanks.

Have you tried the obvious, saving the project and reopening it as requested in the error message?

Replacing the image?

Contacting support if those techniques fail ?

I'm curious if you resolved it and how.

Thanks for your response, Joe. Yes, I saved and restarted. Yes, I made a new image file (the first try was with a .png file, the second time with a .jpb file). I have not figured this out. So I will contact tech support.

Is there another solution? The previous stated doesn’t work for me.
