Joe has pointed you to the standard specs, but they do leave out one important factor; the amount of hard disk space needed for actual production, because that's unknowable for individual users.

Depending on what it is that you're recording and how much other content you have on there, I would be a little concerned about the size of your disk drive. (The other hardware looks fine.)

I have a 512 gig SSD for my system disk but also a 4TB mechanical disk for data. I produce at least an hour and a half of content every week. My most recent episode (which runs to about 50 minutes) has 14.3 gig of data files, mostly trec recording files.
My last 5 weeks' worth of content runs to 268 gig.
I think you see the problem.
It doesn't make a drive of your size unusable but you'll need to be very conscientious about moving content out to (for example) external drives or into the cloud when you're done.
Video production is a space-hungry beast of an activity, and that's not just true of Camtasia.

You'll have no problem with that spec.  I create long, edit intensive videos on an old 2.7GHz dual core processor with no problem (although an SSD makes a lot of difference!).  I then export the job as a zip file and render it on another laptop, while I start on the next video.
