Camtasia 8 & 9 Problems

I no longer use Camtasia 9, thanks for the refund TechSmith. I would still like to notify the company on the glitches I found and hopefully they can use my constructive criticism to improve the product.

-Audio Problems
I noticed there are quite a few audio problems, mainly when exporting. The final product had slightly low quality but also a bump in the beginning. I noticed this in the playback sometimes as well. The audio would skip in the beginning then play normally. I checked my audio and it was not on my end.

-Playback Problems
The playback was okay when it was just rendering a few items. However; when you try to edit a 60 FPS 1080p video, the program would flip out. Everything would skip for about 10 seconds then say "Not Responding". Hopefully this can be adjusted.

-UI Malfunction
This was a common problem and actually one of the reasons for me upgrading. The UI would start to turn black on both Camtasia 8 and 9. This includes the timeline as well. The problem would get worse every time you exported a video and eventually the screen would be black. The only fix to this was to click on the corrupted objects or reset the program.

Thanks for your patience, I have not been greeted nicely to this community and often yelled at for sharing my poor experience. I have switched over to Adobe and simply enjoy their features and prices more than TechSmith. Camtasia is a great software for recording your screen or making simple tutorials. Although, it is not good for video or film editing. Below are my specs, I hope you can fix the problem for future users.

just a quick heads up ...

regarding your "-Playback Problems" issue, Camtasia 9 is not designed to work with 60 FPS clips on the timeline; max allowed FR is 30

Alright, that should be fixed then. Now in days people are uploading higher than 60 even.
