I'm using Camtasia Studio 8.6.0 on 64-bit Windows 7 and am having difficulty getting the embed dimensions of my final production to match my editing dimensions. For instance, the editing dimensions of my current project are 1208x984. I would like to also produce the final video in those dimensions, as well as let a user view it at that size in a browser without having to go to full screen. I set my Video size to 1208x984 on the Production Wizard. According to the online help if I set the Embed size to match I will get what I'm looking for - an unscaled video. However, when I do that the embed size actually gets scaled up to something larger than 1208x984. The only way I can get an embedded video that is not scaled is to set the Embed size to 966x787, which is 80% of the Editing/Video size. On other projects I've had a somewhat different problem, where instead of a scaled-up image I will just get extra black margins within the video region. In some cases I was able to eliminate that by also fiddling with the Embed size. I can handle fudging things to work around an issue, but at this point I'm having difficulty just being able to predict what I'm going to end up with, or explaining how it works when I come up with a formula that does, not to mention wasting a lot of time on trial & error. Thanks for any help you can offer.
