Camtasia 9.1, Ryzen 2700 and GTX 1070

I have purchased a new system (AMD Ryzen 2700, GTX 1070, 16GB RAM) and I'm using Camtasia 9.1 (Trial).

Although everything works, one thing is very weird: When I'm rendering an 1080P video (MP4), all the CPU cores works, but the GTX 1070 doesn't do anything.

Is Camtasia using only the Intel video encoding and no GPU encoding? for a 20 minutes screen recording clip, it takes quite a long time to render.

Camtasia 9 doesn't use the GPU for Rendering. Camtasia 2018 does.

I just checked the latest trial. It does use the GTX 1070, barely (20-30%) and it doesn't use the hardware built in encoder at all..
