Camtasia 9: Bluetooth headphones stop playing when I screen record

I'm trying to record the screen (no audio/mic/camera) and as soon as it starts, the music I'm listening to stops playing through my bluetooth headphones. I can still see it's playing on the media player but I can't hear it. As soon as I press stop, I can hear it again.

I've got my headphones set to the default audio device and have never had this issue with my old standard jack headphones. Can't find anything in the Camtasia settings to change this and it's completely defeating the point of me buying new headphones because I want to listen to music while I work. Honestly wishing I could just get a refund on this software at this point because when I do import footage with audio into Camtasia I still have to separate the audio and edit in another program because Camtasia's audio editing is so awful, and now this. Does anyone have a solution?

Thanks, I've sent a request but no idea how long it'll take to get a reply so I didn't know if anyone here had a solution.

Actually I have used wireless earlier without problems. The trouble begins AFTER capturing with sound once. After that I'cant use music while working. Not all of users of Camtasia are professionals on video editing. I software should do that it's supposed to do without stopping background stuff as music player.

Simple answer.   (That people HATE to hear.)

Don't use ANY wireless accessories when editing or screen capturing.  The transactional latency of Bluetooth (in particular) can create a LOT of problems for video editing software (not just Camtasia).    Wireless mice, wireless headsets, wireless speakers....all create extra LAG/BUFFERING that can really bugger up timeline editing packages.
