It seems to be a problem with the MS browser on Windows 10:

. Open Edge or IE11,
. Try to go to https://accounts.google.com/
--> "Hmm, we can't reach this page".
. Open an incognito browsing tab,
. Try to go to https://accounts.google.com/
--> Able to view the page just fine.

Issue reported to Microsoft.

What worked for me was opening Internet Explorer (not Chrome, etc), signing into google and clicking 'Remember me'

Hope this helps.

OK. I finally got it to work. I turned off two step verification for my Google login and Voila - it worked. Two step verification is on the Google account page under "Signing into Google".

Same problem here. Signing into IE worked, but makes it hard to toggle between Google accounts. Some videos go on one Drive; some on the other
