Is it possible to set caption style just like the folllowing screenshot? It's not put a black bar on the background. It's put a shadow behind each characters. This kind of caption looks like more professional and more clear and not going to block all content behind the caption bar.

There are no customizing options for the captions feature.
The best you could do is to place a transparent call-out and type in your captions.

With the text still selected you can add a dropshadow to the text to get the effect you posted.

you can customize many aspects of the look of the captions: font size, style, colors, the background intensity and color [or none], etc

I haven't really used captions much and completely missed the small to find but present
