I have multiple elements on the timeline contained in a group. In this group I have a fade transition applied between to images. During this transition, Camtasia show a white strip on the left side, which goes away after the transition is compete. If I ungroup these elements, the white strip goes away. This white strip is included in the produced event. I have edited this same project in Camtasia version 8 without encountering this issue. Any insight would help.

Yup, If you add transitions to elements and then group them, the transitions get messed up.

Okay, so we are all in agreement that this is an issue. Adding transitions and grouping them messes up the animation. It has been a year. Any chance this is going to be fixed?

I am using Camtasia 2019.07 (build 5034) and encounter a simulair issue. When elements are not grouped transitions work fine. But as soon as I group all elements together text/images are displayed half for a few seconds.
Any chance this is going to be fixed?

Well Fred,
I wouldn't say this will never be fixed. This has been frustrating me for what feels like forever. This bug was first reported at least 7 years ago.

Grouping is a really convenient way to keep assets together and not worry about moving them out of place on the timeline.
But the experience with transitions is bad.
