Is there any way to convert an interactive video into a single self contained file that can be shared? I've done this in Captivate but can't figure out how to do it on Camtasia. Thanks.

Hi there

The reason Captivate can do this is by creating a Flash SWF and embedding that in the PDF. As I understand it, the PDF is incapable of rendering HTML. So there's that. And then there's the secondary issue of Camtasia being unable to produce a video in SWF format.

Wish I had better news!

Cheers... Rick :)

Thanks for the reply, Rick! Yes that is what we did with Captivate exports but I was hoping there might be some sort of conversion combination out there that would allow this type of functionality in Camtasia too. Bummer!
