Camtasia 9 How to stop on last frame of video and not on black screen?

I just bought Camtasia 9 last week.  How can I get the video to end on the last frame of the video and not on a black screen? I have trimmed the ending and used the Extend frame option and nothing seems to work.  This is a video with a transparent background and when produced it ends with a big black square, instead of stopping on the spokesperson when it ends. I can't use it this way - looks terrible.

Hello,

Here is something you might try:

1) locate the frame you want to use. 2) Go to Share menu, select Export Frame As, 3) Save as jpg, etc. 4) Import that image to your project media bin, 5) drag it to the end of your clip on the timeline. (adjust duration to your liking). 6) Ensure your project ends with the image displayed.

I did not read the following thread so it may or may not offer other methods.

I'm on the mac version and I can't seem to get the black screen to not come up or the replay to stop.  Ok I just got it to work by sharing it and then saving as a .mp4 file, but it wouldn't work in the .mov format.
