Camtasia 9 is not user-friendly system

Version 9 is 1. Not user-friendly interface. 2. system always not responding. 3. editing text is not easy 4. full screen play shortcut is not available! 5. canvas size is too small and need to detach work to see, however play\pause frame is too thick. 6. each time I edit frame it goes to quiz by mistake..

These are certainly not the expected behaviors. Have you opened a technical support ticket so we could look into these issues for you? If you have, do you have the support ticket number available so I can look into your case for you?
