Camtasia 9 not capturing dialog boxes

I am using Camtasia 9 on Windows 10.  When I try to capture video using Outlook and a dialog box pops us, I cannot see the dialog box.  I can see the Outlook screen and I can watch my mouse cursor move around as I click on objects in the dialog box.  I can see the dialog box on the screen as I record the video.  Why won't Camtasia capture the dialog box?

I do have the "Capture layered windows" option checked in the Camtasia Tool Options.

In the Tools Options under Program,  do you have "Force popup dialogs into region" checked?

Helps to have 'multiples of 4 checked also

Are you referring to these types of Dialog Boxes?

I'm using Outlook 2016, Windows 10, Camtasia 9 and I'm not doing anything unique.

In case anyone is wondering, I replied but then noticed that the option I mentioned was already discussed in the initial post of the thread.

I'm wondering if it would be worth trying opening the preferences discussed, disabling or toggling the options to the opposite value, dismissing the dialogs, then repeating the process to re-enable the options that were there to begin with.

My thought is that maybe what the dialogs are showing are perhaps slightly false and by taking those steps it may trigger the needed conditions.

Cheers... Rick :)

I tried to open the Camtasia Tools Options dialog box, un-check the checkboxes, save, re-open the Tools Options dialog box, re-check the checkboxes, and save.  That didn't change anything.

Yes, the Outlook dialog boxes are like the ones Joe Morgan posted.  The specific dialog box is the Custom dialog box I see when I click Follow Up in the Outlook ribbon and Add Reminder... in the Follow Up menu.  However, the issue occurs consistently in other applications too.  Dialog boxes appear on the screen when I record but are not captured on the video.

Thanks for all your suggestions.  I appreciate your help.  I am traveling this week so my replies are not as timely as they should be.  Sorry about that.
