Camtasia 9: "Templates" or some kind of macro recording

Hello, community,

sometimes you do the same tasks for each video/screencast you are working on, in my case, the most used process is:

- Do the cutting, adding remarks eg. Ok, this cannot be automated, but then:

- Set speed of all clips in the video to 200 %,

- Add a certain music track to the video, repeat this track as often as necessary and cut it at the end of the video,

- Add cursor and mouse click animation, change size of animation and duration of the animations.

I would loke to click on some kind of "template" button which does the latest three steps (or at least the clip speed and the cursor effect settings) automatically.

Kind regards,

Franz

regarding your cursor and mouse click animation request ...

How To Make Cursor Effects Library Asset
http://www.screencast.com/t/x2H9YHx4P5I

regarding the repeated music tract, make a Library asset out of the certain music clip, where it has been repeated more times than likely to be needed; use it whenever needed, trim to fit current project

regarding the clip speed on all clips, just select them all on timeline, add clip speed property, set once in property panel; they'll all adjust

Dear Kayakman,

thank you very, very much for the hint with "Library Asset". Cutting the music and selecting all clips before changing the speed I do right now and staying on this manually is no big deal, it just lasts a few seconds.

Kind regards,

Franz
