Camtasia 9 (Win 10) stops rendering when create multiple files based on markers

I now tried a lot different solutions I found on the net. Nothing helped so far. I created a 30 min video (1080p 30fps) in mp4-format. I imported this to camtasia 9 and added markers. I then started to export the video with Smart HTML5 Player, multiple files based on markers. When multiple files is checked the export stops at the first marker (in my case 3,2%). If I move the maker the percentage differs.

When I export the file without multiple files and no markers everything works fine.

What can I do?

I ran a test using Camtasia 9.1.4 on Windows 10 1903.

I had no problem exporting. It sounds like an odd glitch. A repair install can reset key registry settings.
However, Windows 10 is pretty stable.I haven't had to run a repair install on Camtasia. I have on a couple of my older programs. I have over 100 installed.

Camtasia 9 has tech support available.
