Camtasia dumps screen shots onto drive

I am using Camtasia 8.6. I have noticed that sometimes when I produce video, screenshots of it are saved in the Pictures folder of my Windows 10 machine. They are named Screen00001.png and so forth. At the same time, rendering a 5 min video now takes more than 5 minutes, much slower than I am used to.

Not quite sure what you are seeing as you did not say what you were using for your Production Settings when you Produce the video. Also, just because a video is 5 minutes long or 60 minutes does not mean it should render in that same time amount. That varies on what kind of callouts, transitions, etc. you have used in the video(s). If you could give more information it would help or possibly some screenshots or video of what you are seeing.

You could also contact Tech Support which is free to do. Let us know and I cannot say I have ever experienced that issue in Camtasia 8.6 but it has been awhile since I used that version. Hope this helps a bit and let us know.

Thanks for posting and have a great day/night.
