Camtasia - Exact Paste on Timeline

Is there any way to copy and paste to a specific location on the timeline?

When I've tried, my copied media pastes to the lowest possible space/track. It drives me a little bananas - I'm sure I could be doing this better.

after a copy, navigate to the exact place on timeline/track, right click on the track, and use "paste"

If your referring to Camtasia 2020, it places the media on the lowest track available and it makes me crazy too.

Yep, I forgot about the right click. My bad.
I've been using the new track mattes and copy and pasting comes in real handy. I haven't had much use for copy and paste until now.
