Camtasia Exports Zerobytes on Advanced Export

Basically the advanced export settings on Camtasia are giving me a huge issue. I have tried using different settings, but each one returns zero data. If I use the simple export option its no issue, but the file is usually too low in quality to edit on fcpx. So I opted to use the advanced export settings. However, every setting I use generates zero byte data.

My question is simply this, on an iMac how do I restore Camtasia to default factory settings, maybe something along the way got corrupted. I hope that someone can help me.

Try setting you Keyframe Rate to 30 instead of 1. Not sure if this is the problem but mine is set to 30 and i think this is the default.

agree, a keyframe every 1 frames means nearly no compression at all, generating and enormous file. It's possible that you just didn't wait long enough for that to complete, because it could take a long time.

I think if you deleted this file, while Camtasia was closed, and did a reboot (macs cache your settings), then everything would be default?
