I am trying to install camtasia 9.0 in my windows 7 home premium, but it shows me that I should have atleast windows7 SP1 or higher to run camtasia.. So I want to learn, is there any version of Camtasia that is supported on the lowers version than Windows 7 SP1 ?

System Requirements are found at the link below. Unfortunately it looks like you are out of luck!

Oops, I failed to answer the question. Indeed there are older versions of Camtasia. For example, version 8 should work. And you may download it from the link below:

Windows 7 SP1 is not a new version, it is a service pack for windows 7 and should have been added with a update. If you are not updating Windows I strongly recommend you do for security reasons if nothing else.
A service pack or SP comprises a collection of updates, fixes, or enhancements to a software program delivered in the form of a single installable package. ... Service packs are usually numbered, and thus shortly referred to as SP1
I running Windows 7 Ultimate (64 bit) with SP1 added and you will find that other programs want/use it also.
You can read more about it and get the download here

Just download and install it and you should be good to go with Camtasia 9 IF your are running Windows 7 (64 bit) If you have Windows 7 (32 bit) Than you'll have to run Camtasia 8.
See Rick's link above to get Camtasia 8.
