Camtasia Mac 3.1.2 media temp folder / recover accidental deleted LONG video

I am using Camtasia Mac 3.1.2 and I made a video that took like 30 minutes to make (or less give or take) and I had it in the timeline in Camtasia, but I didn't want it with another video that was put into the timeline already.
Does Camtasia have a temp folder for recorded videos? Or am I stuck with having to re-record again all the content I put into the video?
If one deletes media unintentionally, and through various trying to "undo" to get back to the original content, is the video gone for good? Or is there a backup temp folder on Mac Sierra, that I don't know about? (Please say yes...)
I really don't want to have to re-record all of what was fresh and authentic to be something I have to do all over again.
Any ways to resolve this situation?
Here's the version I am using if it helps:

When you say you made a video, do you mean you made a recording?  If yes, then your recording still may be around.  The recordings are put by default into your Movies folder, under a folder named Camtasia 3 then Temporary Recordings.  I'd look there first. Files that Camtasia created in the Temporary Recordings folder are cleaned up as they age (I think the default is after 14 days but it can be set in Camtasia Preferences under the Recording tab).

The recordings are also copied into your projects folder if your project is a cmproj (the native Camtasia MAC type). But those are removed when you delete them from the media bin, but not until you save and close your project, so you may still find it there as well.

Finally, there is a Temporary Media folder in your users Library folder.  That one is only used in cases where you have started with a new project  and have not yet saved it. It's less likely to be found here, but it's worth looking if you haven't located it in either of the first two places.

Here's hoping you're able to recover your data.

Thank you brother, this is exactly what I was looking for the Movies folder for Camtasia!
