Camtasia Mac - How to eliminate blank spaces between pictures in timeline

1) Camtasia for Mac, latest update 2.10.5
2) I imported 100 pictures. Seems that by default they would play for 5 seconds. When I resize their time to 2 seconds each, an even blank space is created between every picture.
3) I don't want to manually have to drag or delete the blank space between every picture. Is there a way to change to delete all of these blank spaces at once?

Hi BarneyRunner

I'm not aware of any way to scoot over the items in camtasia automatically, but you can set the default duration.

It might be quicker to delete the images from the timeline, change the default to 2 seconds, and then add them back.

I'd really like to see a way to do this too.   I ran into the same problem and it isn't practical to re-move and re-add all images.  Ideally, after arranging, we could resize as a group without making blank spaces so it can be made to fit something like a  music soundtrack timeline. because I've worked hard to put them into a reasonable order.  A 'select and scoot' feature, or maybe 'keep connected while resizing' option would be great, or at least a 'remove blank spaces'.  Thanks!

Camtasia is one of the best pieces of software I have ever used.  Keep up the amazing work!
