Camtasia needs a Hotspot QUIZ with conditional elements.

I'm disappointed that Camtasia doesn't offer a hotspot QUIZ feature, meaning the user would receive feedback and redirection depending on their answer.  I figured out a way around the redirect, but does anyone know how I can include feedback based on where they click?  Otherwise, it just seems confusing if I redirect the user back to a previous marker on the timeline  without a visual cue.

Hi there

Unfortunately with Camtasia you are limited to jumping to different video points. You can't choose to hide or show elements based on actions other than to have them at different spots on the Timeline.

I know this forum is dedicated to TechSmith products and I dearly love using them, but if you really want this type of behavior, you might investigate Adobe Captivate. I've always advocated for having multiple tools at your disposal. So use Captivate for something like what you are asking, and Camtasia for basic video demonstration because it literally blows Captivate out of the water in the video demonstration realm.

Cheers... Rick :)
