Mine is also at 9.1.3 and will not update via the Updater in the Software.  So maybe we are at the latest version?

9.1.2 is the current Windows version. Unless I missed something. :(

Camtasia 2018 is a new build and will have a upgrade cost unless you purchased Camtasia 9 in the last 30 days or if you are on the paid maintenance program

You can get all this info on Techsmith's blog here

You can download and install a new or an older version from this link.

I already have Camtasia 2018 as I am a beta tester. It won't resolve your Gimp problem, I've already tested for that.

To upgrade the current one to 9.1.2, go to Help -> Check for updates.
With regard to "the current version" (Camtasia 2018), that is supposed to be out later today, I believe. Where I am it's already the Tuesday the 19th (the release date), but not everywhere it isn't.
And when it IS released, I do hope that they upgrade the page to show the version. I just looked at it and couldn't tell whether the page was still selling version 9 or 2018 since there was no version number to be seen anywhere; just "the new Camtasia". (Unlike the Snagit page, which does show the version on the Upgrade page.)

I'm sure they must go by Michigan date and time USA. That's where TechSmith is located.
Here's the webpage in the States for current downloads available.

@gerardo, there was a 9.1.3 version.  It shipped with Lectora Inspire and had a couple fixes for the integration with Lectora inspire.  We did not release this version on the website because the only changes from 9.1.2 were things that affected the integration between Lectora and Camtasia.  Sorry for the confusion.
