Hello,
I am having a small problem with video being exported from CAM 2018.0.4. The video produced is great at 60fps, but I do not understand at the moment at some point, the video is very lag/choppy. That said, the error was not caused by computer configuration, nor by video configuration such as zoom, resolution ...
For clarity please watch this video  pls skip to 2:50

Someone knows how to fix it please help me.

As you can see, my job requires a smoother video as possible, is there any hint for my job?

It seems to plays normally on my computer.

It's possible the lag and choppiness you were experiencing was either the video wasn't fully processed by You Tube yet.
Or, your internet connection wasn't fast enough to keep up.

Okay, I see it now. What program did you make the animation with? I tried to find it online but I'm not having any luck.I don't know what to call it.

Did you record it as it played on screen, or is it a video the program produced?

your mean animation? the logo? everything I do is all in CS 2018.  All that just consists of a video I recorded with another software, and a logo image. The video is great, very smooth at 60fps, except for the last few seconds. I can not think why it is so.

I have watched it over and over here and on Youtube. Can't get the song out of my head now :-)

And I am not noticing any problems. Maybe as Joe stated it just needed more time for Youtube to process it.

From what I can determine the piano software is Synthesia and as of version 10.4
Windows version of the Video Creator now lets you export AVI files.

Yes?

Is that the video file you used dao hong ?

Hello,  Joe Morgan
Hi, my newest video is still shaking, in the first seconds of the video. It seems that the problem has not been solved completely. For the time being, I will try switching between render modes, as well as remove the logo.

Also, I noticed that when I move the mouse over the frame (in timeline), the video preview screen is very lag, even unresponsive to display the exact image of this frame, so I'm very difficult to split video, what do i do?

Hi Kelly Mullins,
You will see that the bars are shaking, at the last second of the video, at 2:55 to go, it will be clear if you watch in youtube, full view and set 1080-60fps.
This problem does not seem to seriously affect the viewer's experience, but if Camtasia becomes better, it will produce the perfect video.

So, I don't know how your recording these videos or what format there being recorded to.You've never disclosed that.
It's really not important, but I am curious.

Anyway, there are a lot of codecs being used for video. This can be problematic.

You can use a program like HandBrake to transcode it into a format that's better suited for Camtasia/Rendering. File sizes are usually smaller allowing for smoother playback as well.

That would be my next move.

There's always tech  support, you can go that route

It's a shame, this is my fault, I was rushed and did not check the source video. I hope you can forgive me. However, the first video is the truth, and the software-only mode can fix the problem that I encountered. Again, please forgive me.
