I use v8.6 so at least we're on the same Camtasia release.  Now, I'm assuming that you didn't move any files and that you have enough experience to know the difference between the source files' location(s) and the location designated for the rendered output.  Also (in case it is relevant) I use Windows 10 Pro, 1909 release.
On occasion, I have deleted a file in a folder, only to have the system tell me that the file is not in the folder -- and then discover that the system did indeed delete it.  If that is your experience, it is a Windows issue that I have often resolved with a reboot.
However, the lack of a rendered video to begin with is a different issue.  If that is the problem, can you provide the steps you followed in producing the video?

I produced the video on 720p(as camtasia says ideal for youtube)but I changed the folder name from untilted to el diablo, then when rendering finished I  checked the video and by clicking it would say to me that the file cannot be located, and it maybe was corrupted,I mostly believe all this happen cause of folder name ,tryed rebooting as you said but nothing

From what you wrote, it sounds like when you were about to render, you typed new text into the path line to enter a new folder name for the output.  If you do this, Camtasia (at least, v8.6) will ask if you want to create a new folder with that name, and you must ok the new folder name in that path.  After rendering, selecting "Open production folder" on the results display should go to the file location.

If the above is what you're doing, can you post a screen shot of each step in this process?  From your description, I'm not quite sure what is going wrong.
