Camtasia Studio 9, interactive videos, skipping questions?

Hello i've got an important question,

im making an interactive movie  with Camtasia Studio 9 at the moment. Im using the quiz function as interactive technique. This means when you can select an option for example 1a) the video will continue. But if you select 1b) the video will skip to a selected part so the movie changes. But the problem is that when i want to skip to a "timetag" set behind another quiz, which I didn't had to answer because the story is different and the other quiz isn't needed in this timeline. The video doesn't jump to my set timetag as I want to. It skips to the quiz that I don't need instead. This blocks my interactive movie idea because I can't dodge other quizes.
So my question is: Is there a setting which allows me to skip some quizes ? Since it is based on HTML5 I think.

I need a quick answer please.

Best regards

not that I know of

but have you considered breaking down your video into multiple separate videos, each with their own quiz, yet each independent of the other?

here is an example where 26 related videos, all with their own quiz, are front-ended with a menu-only video [using jump-to-url hotspots]

You can use this undocumented JavaScript method in the Smart Player.

TSC.playerConfiguration.setEnforceLinearAssessment(false);
  1. You will open the [production_name]_player.html file in a text editor.
  2. Find TSC.mediaPlayer.init("#tscVideoContent");
  3. Above this line you can add:
    TSC.playerConfiguration.setEnforceLinearAssessment(false);
  4. Save file
This will allow the user to skip past quiz sets in the timeline.

Hey guys, thank you for the answers. I found the solution by myself already but thank  you really much.
I've found the term: tscIQ:allowSkipQuiz in the config and just had to change it to "1".

@DigitalIT 360,
  1. You will open the [production_name]_player.html file in a text editor.
It is a file located in your local production folder.

Insert a hotspot just before the quiz. Add text to it with a callout.
Set the hot spot to: Pause at end.
Or deselect Pause at end and just let it play through. However, if the person watching doesn't click "Skip Quiz" fast enough.The quiz will appear. So, your choice.

Select a time just beyond the quiz for the hot spot to jump to. One frame beyond is far enough.

That's what I would do.
