I received the following error message when I tried to use CXamtasia Studio to make a movie presentation of my narration of a idea on Microsoft PowerPoint using the Camtasia PowerPoint Add-In: Error message box from Camtasia Studio: "Cannot load file 'C:\Users\A very\Documents\Camtasia STudio\In-order(1).trec'. It is either an unsupported media type or required codecs are not found." What to do?

can you rename the file "In-order(1).trec" and remove the "(...)", and try again?

Thanks, Kayakman, for your post.  Alas, the error message pop-up comes up before I get a chance to re- name the .trec file.   The message box does not allow me to do anything until i click the  X in the upper right corner of the the box. Camtasia Studio program didn't save the file when I closed and opened it up again. How else can I change the name of the file?

the file should be at C:\Users\A very\Documents\Camtasia STudio\In-order(1).trec'

with Camtasia closed, rename the file; then reopen Camtasia and try again to put the file in the project
